Marckennedy’s professional background includes roles in media, security, and management, having served as General Manager at Radio Express International (1530 WYMM AM) and Assistant Branch Manager at Secure Watch ADT. He is also a licensed insurance agent, bringing regulatory knowledge and risk-management expertise to his leadership roles.
His academic and professional training spans business management, theology, leadership, and criminal justice. He graduated from John Casablanca Modeling, Talent Management, and TV-Print, Englewood High School, and Providence International Christian University, where he earned a degree in Theology. He also attended Jacksonville University, studied Business Management, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Colorado Technical University (Online).

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Western Governors University (WGU).
Marjorie’s professional experience includes executive leadership as Vice President of Marckennedy Vision Incorporated, along with extensive clinical work as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant, and healthcare provider in pediatric oncology, medical-surgical care, and adult psychology. She has also held management roles as a Sales Associate Manager, strengthening her skills in operations, coordination, and team leadership.
In addition to her professional career, Marjorie is deeply engaged in community service. She has volunteered as a Patient Advocate, served in a key leadership role overseeing event planning and finance with HDR, and contributed to disaster relief efforts with the American Red Cross.

Currently, Vladimir serves as Chief Executive Officer of V&L Agro Group LTD, an agro-industrial company based in Rwanda. I am Jean Kenson Pierre, serving as Legal Counsel at HCAASEC. I was born in Port-de-Paix, Haiti, in July 1990, and I am deeply committed to advancing justice, inclusion, and institutional development within Haitian communities.
I began my academic journey at École Nationale Richard Brisson, and later completed my secondary education at Lycée Tertullien Guilbaud, where I specialized in Literature, Languages, and Arts. This background strengthened my interest in communication, human sciences, and public engagement.
Following high school, I pursued studies in archival sciences at the Institut de Formation Professionnelle, before transitioning into social communication and legal studies. My commitment to accessibility and inclusion led me to become an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter, allowing me to support individuals with hearing impairments and promote equal access to communication.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, along with a Master’s degree in School Administration. I further expanded my academic training by earning a second Master’s degree in Criminology, as well as a specialization in Humanitarian Law and International Cooperation, strengthening my expertise in both legal practice and social justice.
As a criminal defense attorney, I practice law with determination, integrity, and a strong commitment to protecting individual rights. I serve as a Council Member of the Bar (Conseiller de l’Ordre) at the Gonaïves Bar Association, where I contribute to the regulation and advancement of the legal profession. I also serve as Administrative Director at the Gonaïves Bar School, supporting the training and development of future legal professionals.

I am a member of the Gonaïves Bar and hold a Bachelor’s degree (License) in Legal Sciences from the School of Law and Economic Sciences of Gonaïves (EDSEG). I also completed my professional legal training at the Gonaïves Bar School (EBAGO). My legal background is built on strong academic preparation, practical experience, and a deep commitment to justice and professional ethics.
In addition to my legal career, I am an experienced educator and trainer, particularly in industrial chemistry, and I have conducted numerous training sessions across the North and Artibonite regions.
